Half Marathon Course

The Scottsboro Marathon offers a scenic course that winds through Goosepond Colony and the surrounding neighborhoods. The course will pass a golf course, marina and several bodies of water which will offer runners a chance to enjoy the natural beauty on display.

5k Course

The 5k course offers runners a fast route along Ed Hembree Drive before entering the scenic running path at Goosepond. There, runners will run through the canopy of trees along Guntersville Lake. This paved path is a favorite running route for local runners and is sure to offer a scenic challenging run for athletes of all abilities.
